Our philosophy drives our practice. The central reasoning behind our care is to ask why? We deductively ask the question "why?" enough to learn about the root causes of your complaints. As a traditional chiropractor we treat vertebral subluxations, however we seek to follow in the founders of chiropractic philosophical thought to identify the "why"you presented subluxated to begin with. Chiropractic has always identified the "why's" into 3 categories...physical, biochemical and psycho-emotional. In concurrence with this premise, we seek to correct subluxations, however our ultimate goal is to identify the reasons that you innately created the subluaxation pattern to begin with.
Physically we identify poor movement habits and poor adaptive patterns as physical reasons that we create subluxation patterns. Additionally, we seek to evaluate poor ergonomic situations and monitor proper exercise.
From a biochemical perspective we evaluate and identify a lack of needed nutrients, toxic interference, allergies, and/or other identifying metabolic dysfunction that may impede optimal expression of vitality.
In regards to psycho-emotional stress, we respect that this might be the single biggest category of stress to us neurologically causing the most common and chronic stress and subluxation patterns that we see clinically and seek appropriate holistic based solutions.
